All for One

All for one is a quirk added on release.

ALl for one works by stealing quirks from anyone that has quirks. This includes npcs. Once you have a quirk stored you can either equip its skills to use yourself, or transfer the quirk to another person. This is one of the strongest quirks so there will be a gamerule to only allow one on the entire server.
